Emergency and ICU Specialist

Dr Shoaib graduated from the Kabul Medical University and currently practices at the Military Hospital in Kabul. He is 1 of only 4 doctors that was chosen from Afghanistan to participate in an ICU Residency that is run by the Canadian Government and where Doctors are given a Canadian-based training.
